Bol d'Or des Monédières cyclo-sport circuit

Description

Relive the epic of the famous Bol d'Or des Monédières criterium by competing on the circuit that made this unique race famous!

Created by the accordionist Jean Ségurel in the early 1950s, the criterium took place after the Tour de France. The circuit of about twenty kilometres was to be covered seven times, around the village of Chaumeil. Do you dare to ride the seven laps?

Your race starts in Chaumeil, in a surprising setting with an omnipresent vegetation representative of the Monédières: heather, broom and gorse.

Before crossing the Col du Bois, make a small diversions and set off to conquer the Suc au May at an altitude of 908 metres! The orientation table allows you to contemplate a magnificent panorama where the Limousin Mountain and the Millevaches plateau meet. Your effort is amply compensated by this beautiful open-air spectacle!
