This family hike combines nature and built heritage. It guides you in the footsteps of the Benedictine monks. The bastide town of Larreule was created at the end of the 13th century by Benedictine monks, at the very foot of the 10th-century abbey. It is one of the 3 most important abbeys in Béarn. The interior features an "Assumption" high altar, and 2 statues, "The Virgin and Child" and "Saint Loup", carved from half a vertically split tree trunk.
