Fabien Kaczmarek is a master mead maker and an artisanal honey vinegar producer.Come and discover the honey bar in Marcolès, open in summer. Mead is the oldest alcoholic drink, made from the fermentation of honey (acacia and hawthorn). Come and discover Fabien’s refined and surprising honey wine! Shop and cellar open in summer and upon reservation the rest of the year.

Discover the craft of a mechanical clog maker from 1925 (visit to a traditional workshop) and a smithy from the 1930s.The original machines, with which the clog maker will show you the trade with a demonstration of how to make a clog, from the choice of wood to the finished clog. In the smithy, you will discover the fireplace, the old tools, the characteristic noise and smell and a video on the work of the wheelwright making a wheel hoop. All year round, the association Les Esclops offers you, in addition to the visit to the clog factory and the smithy, a day trip to this picturesque village including a lunch.
