Hiking trail "The Chestnut trees".
This walk will help you discover the hidden treasures of the traditional architecture of the Châtaigneraie, from the 16th century church to the beautiful farms with closed courtyards and entrance porches.
The chestnut is celebrated every year in October during the famous Chestnut Fair which attracts thousands of visitors. You can also visit the Maison de la Châtaigne, a museum dedicated to the fruit of the “breadfruit” tree.
