Autour de l'Abbaye, le chemin de l'inspiration - Celles-sur-Belle

Notre-Dame Abbey is the emblematic monument of Celles-sur-Belle: the town's history and urban morphology are determined by its development.
Through streets, alleyways and paths, this Balade et Découverte passes through Celles-sur-Belle and around its historic jewel: the Abbaye Royale.

Initiated in the 2000s, the walks and discoveries are now managed by the Mellois en Poitou Community of Communes, in collaboration with the local communes. To date, there are 50 of these itineraries, ranging in length from 1 to 16 km, enabling families, cyclists and experienced walkers to explore the region and discover its many facets (landscapes, small-scale heritage, etc.).
