The walk starts from the A Yaaz farm.
The walk heads towards the village, but just before crossing the stream, it climbs into the forest, offering a beautiful view of the village. Between young spruce trees and a few Douglas firs, it descends to the valley, a magical place, before climbing back up through the beech trees.
The second part of the walk is dominated by spruce trees, the route running alongside the Rulles river where game likes to come to cool off.
A final short stop is required at the place known as "le Gros Chêne". This oak has been listed as a remarkable tree since 1987. Its condition is regularly monitored by the Department of Nature and Forests to ensure both its survival and the safety of walkers. Its theoretical circumference is over 5.30 m at a height of 1.5 m. Its very poor condition has been a cause for concern for many years, so in 1930 a young oak tree was planted 10m away as its successor.
