In winter when the air of the Lyonnais mountains is invigorating, in spring to draw on the good energies of nature in full regeneration or in autumn by picking up dead leaves on the paths to compose large colourful bouquets.
After having travelled the 13 km, settle down facing the pond for a contemplative nap while enjoying a good snack, a good coffee or a cold drink.
Combine walking and thrills by flying over the lake on a giant zip line from Le Plat.
