The walk takes you through the Bois des Sources du Peugue de Pessac, a natural site, partly classified as a Sensitive Natural Area, which is the western starting point of the Coulée Verte du Peugue. Here you will take a part of the Bordeaux metropolitan GR.
This 113-hectare forest site is one of the largest wooded areas in the Bordeaux area. It is composed of a great diversity of tree species, a beautiful pond, a lagoon and a pond, real places of observation of the fauna and the flora. Its different environments (wetlands, pine and deciduous forests) give this place a wild charm.
The Balades à Roulettes® (BR®) are short, quiet walks, with a stroller or a small bicycle, or adapted for people with reduced mobility (in a wheelchair), proposed by the French Federation of Hiking of the Gironde.
