The village of Saint-Sauveur de Bergerac is ideally situated, eight kilometers from Bergerac and twelve kilometers from Lalinde, and crossed by the departmental road (RD 21). The commune of Saint-Sauveur is one of the four communes (with Bergerac, Creysse and Lembras) where the vineyard that produces the AOC Pécharmant is cultivated.
Its rural character makes all its charm. Nevertheless, the center of the village offers all the services necessary for a good stay. There is a gastronomic restaurant and a bakery next to the square, which can be used for refreshments after a pleasant walk in the forest. The neo-gothic church of the village, recently restored, is worth a visit.
The Place de la Mairie is nicely flowered and has a gigantic cedar tree.
Moreover, the commune, marked by the importance of forests and semi-natural environments, offers an exceptional quietude.
