Du lac de l'Escourroux vers les coteaux de vignes

At the beginning of the circuit, there are woods and meadows, then little by little the vineyards of the Côtes de Duras appear. As you pass through Eybrou, a winery offers a visit and tasting in a cellar. The return journey is via the Escourroux lake. The northern part is small and wild, while the southern part offers excellent conditions for observation during the autumn bird migration. The water level is very low, so you can see all the shorebirds of the region and some rare species such as the red knot or the stagnatile sandpiper. Osprey and Terns are also regular visitors.
