This itinerary, which crosses Nérac, the capital of Albret, presents the Baïse Valley from the hillsides to the plain. It offers numerous viewpoints on the town and panoramic views over wide landscapes. On the way you can admire the richness of Nérac's historical heritage and discover the history of the Albret family with a short detour to the Henri IV castle-museum. You will pass through the Parc de la Garenne, a delightful wooded walk of "3000 paces" along the right bank of the Baïse, designed by Queen Margot in the 16th century and laid out by Henri II.
