Circuit Le confluent du Lot et de la Garonne

Starting from the bastide of Aiguillon, squeezed between the Garonne and its tributary, this loop allows a soft start in the plain of the Lot, via Lagarrigue, Bourran and the church of Colleignes. After Téoulès and the valley of Chautard, the circuit rises gradually towards the old windmill of Paillères. The second ascent leads to Galapian, a small village clinging to the hillside on the Lot side. The crossing of the plateau offers a panoramic view on the two valleys. The tour then turns towards the plain of the Garonne and Port-Sainte-Marie (crossroads of ancient Roman roads and ancient port).
