Along the way, the shady, stony paths lead to numerous viewpoints, from the plateau surrounding Tessels, the Laurier church or the hamlet of Le Colombier. The Laurier church, dedicated to Sainte-Madeleine, was built at the end of the plateau which dominates the steep slopes of the left bank of the Masse valley opposite the stronghold of Pujols. In Romanesque style, it would date from the 11th century. The apse retains its primitive character, as well as the part of the nave that has not been touched. The arcaded bell tower defends the building on the east side. A bell dating from 1875 is housed in the only Romanesque arcade, which is open in the transverse wall of the old bell tower.
