Le Moulin de Saint-Hilaire

On the edge of the charming village of Saint-Hilaire-Foissac, this tour invites you to discover the history of the Tienne mill. Oil and flour mills, old presses and gears await you at the Tienne mill. They bear witness to the work of Etienne Passemard, former miller at Saint-Hilaire-Foissac. A little further on, the wild, wooded gorges and the Saint-Hilaire stream complete the scenery for this walk along the water.
