Description
Artists and schoolchildren all remember Marais vellum paper. The Marais paper mills, on the Grand-Morin, used to make paper money for the French Revolution and banknotes for the Banque de France.

Departure- Point 1
Opposite the railway station, take the pathway. Follow the D66 on your right and turn left at the fork, before the bend. Turn left onto the road and continue on to the small square. Head right towards Montigny and cross over two arms of the Grand-Morin.
Point 2
Shortly after that, go left at the fork, then turn left, walk along the river and into the wood.
Point 3
Just before you reach a villa, climb the hillside on your right. At the top, go straight over the crossroads and continue straight ahead. Turn left, when you get to Beauchien, go down the road.
Point 4
At Bel-Air, take the acute right turn and go back up. Go left at the fork, then take the road on your left which bends right.
Point 5
When you reach Le Hardoy, bear left, go down the road on your left, then turn right and continue straight ahead. When you reach Voigny, follow the road on your left.
Point 6
Go down the road on your left to Champgoulin. Take the D66 on your left, then turn right. Cross the Grand-Morin. The road climbs up into the wood. Cross the railway.
Point 7
At the last bend, turn left. Go over the crossroads, go down, then continue to your right.
Point 8
Cross the railway on your left and turn right to Jouy railway station.

Tips
• Do not leave the marked paths.
• If there are any doubts regarding which path to take, markings take precedence over the description.
• Respect nature and private property.
• Don't litter.
• Avoid routes during hunting season (check with the town halls or the Seine-et-Marne hunting federation).
• Close gates and fences after you.
• Whenever possible, remove any obstacles from the path.
