Piboulette lake - PR2

This route will take the whole family from the Bois de Lasserre to Lac de la Piboulette, an artificial lake used to irrigate the surrounding agricultural land. This lake is private

THE TRAIL STEP BY STEP
Departure and parking: rue du Clos Maury

1. Go down rue Clos Maury, turn right and take Chemin de Maury-Raffine for 420m. Continue to the left on Chemin de Maury-Raffine and continue through the undergrowth on Chemin de la Serre. Coming out of the undergrowth, continue straight on the path to a passable road.
2. Turn right. After 100m, turn right. Cross the orchards on the Chemin de Rivayrol.
3. At the road, turn right and go down the road for 250m.
4. Turn right on the path before the bridge and walk along Lac de la Piboulette. Descend by turning right. Go along the Mortarieu stream for 220m. Go up on the left, and turn right at the top of the path. Continue through the woods then continue along the Chemin de Maury-Raffine. After 420m, turn left to reach the car park
