Botanical trail
Description
Take this trail for an easygoing journey on the sunny side of the mountain,
to get to know the mountain zone better. In early summer, it's decked out
in splendour. Nature reveals its secrets.
Early in the morning, the dewdrops look like diamonds clinging to the tall grass. Then you smell the resinous scent of Scots pine warmed by the rising sun. Welcome to an island with a particularly dry climate. It's home to rare species that can withstand the aridity. On the banks of the river, you'll appreciate the contrast of freshness in all seasons. Don't forget to look up at Mont froid and the Bramanette mountain pasture. The Val d'Ambin is calling you!
Caution: the trail may be blocked by sheep pen nets. Protection dogs present.

Bus stop N°380 : Lenfrey
Bus stop N°380 "Lenfrey" located in Bramans in the commune of Val Cenis. The bus stop is slightly set back from the village, serving mainly the residential areas of Lenfrey, Petit Courbet and Grand Courbet. Stop point of the Rezo-Pouce system.
Ligne S53 : Saint Michel de Maurienne - Bonneval sur Arc
Line linking Saint Michel de Maurienne to the villages of Val Cenis, Bessans and Bonneval/Arc. Please note that this line does not drop off passengers at Modane in the upward direction. The line is equipped for bicycle transport at no extra charge.The number of bicycles that can be transported depends on the shuttle schedule (refer to the mobility guide) and the type of bicycle. A VAE / VTTAE takes 2 places on a bike trailer. Reservations are possible but not compulsory. Bicycles must be placed on the bike racks by their owners.
