Le jardin de la lamproie

The Jardin de la Lamproie is a park designed around the themes of the river Dordogne and the mysterious lamprey. A curved path, surrounded by wetland vegetation, symbolises the river. All along the way, explanatory panels will help you appreciate this varied vegetation. Inside the Garden is the exhibition room, where live lampreys in an aquarium await your visit. Eglise Saint-Alexis de Sainte-Terre

This church was built in the 12th century. The very simple façade is reinforced by two buttresses placed near the corners. At the end of the Middle Ages, the top of the west façade, the flamboyant Gothic door with its gable, two gables and a basket-handle entrance arch surmounted by an accolade were built. In the mid-18th century, a Baroque bell tower with a rounded wall was added. The building was listed as a historic monument in 1925.
