Circuit vélo du Sundgau n°2 : Around the canal

This itinerary includes varied landscape outlined by the Sungauvian hills. You can start your voyage of discovery in Altkirch, capital of the Sundgau (population : 6,000). From Carspach, the road through the forest leads to the Largue Valley cycle track.
The itinerary uses the cycle track along the Rhône/Rhine canal as far as Illfurth, with striking views over the Vosges mountains. The best way to take this route is starting from the car park by the river Ill in Altkirch.
