0.00 A- Follow the track in front of the riding school (600 m) towards Massat, hamlet of Lirbat.
0.10 B- Cross the Lirbat bridge opposite the old mill and take the right bank of the Arac until you come to the edge of the property.
Start in front of the riding school.
0.20 C- Follow the chemin de la fontaine des Balmes (650 m) to the Massat bridge, then turn right towards the village of Massat. At the corner of the tourist office, take the street on the left and gradually leave the village, passing a wash-house and arriving under the château de Pont Carré, then again on the banks of the Arac.
1.00 D- Reach the main road, turn left at the crossroads towards Bougareit, cross this hamlet and go back down to the Liers valley road (RD 318). Keep right for 300m and at the next crossroads, turn left up a track that crosses the Liers and Neyert streams.
1.50 E- Reach the hamlet of Pastres after climbing a final rocky slope - tricky in wet weather. Follow the road to a crossroads and take the track on the left.
2.00 F- Reach the hamlet of Souègnes on a track and continue to the right to pass behind a wooden chalet.
2.10 G- The path arrives on a secondary road which you have to take down to the Massat bridge, and then follow the same route as on the outward journey.
2.40 H- Arrive in front of the equestrian center.
