0h From the tourist office, walk down the small street to the Place des Bénazets. Follow the road slightly to the left until you reach the Bénazets fountain.

10 min. A few dozen meters after the fountain, take a path that runs almost in the opposite direction, to the right between meadows.

15 min. Reach the road leading to the village of Le Port. Turn right for about 50 m, then left into "rue de Galeppe", which leads up to a small square. Exit onto the road leading to the hamlet of Boatès, and turn right again towards the village wash-house.

20 min. In the square at the top of rue des Faurs, turn left, then left again onto the small Pouech path, which runs behind houses and gardens. Arriving in front of the campsite, turn left down the allées du Pouech past the tennis courts.

30 min. Pass alongside a small public garden, skirt the crèche and arrive at the hamlet of Esquen, continue straight ahead on a street that ends in a farm track and come down on a road leading to the village, turn right.

40 min. In the hamlet of Esquen, take a left onto the main road, turn left opposite the hotel towards Saint-Girons. Follow this road for a few hundred meters, pass the gas station and turn right onto a farm track.

50 min. In front of the meadows, turn right onto the Chemin de Las Prades, with a lovely view of the River Arac. Turn right onto a path lined with standing stones, then back onto the main road.

1H10 Turn left onto the road leading to the village, arriving at the corner of the chapelle de l'Aisle on the left and the allée des écoles des Montels on the right. Continue along the main road, arriving at Massat's central square (place de l'église) and climb up to the Port / étang de Lers.

1h 15. In front of the town hall square, turn left and return to the tourist office.
