Departing from the cellars on the Vézère hillsides, this hike takes you on a tour of this ancient wine-growing region (several itineraries). Vines have been grown on these schistose hills since the 5th century. Destroyed by Phylloxera in 1876, it has now reclaimed the hillsides of Allassac and Le Saillant.
Four grape varieties grown: Chenin, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot. Production of white, red and rosé wines.
Discover the Saint-Féréol chapel (la Chartroulle) with its panoramic view.
