A former pilgrimage route of 180 kilometers from the Périgord to Rocamadour, this magnificent route is now marked out, and allows you to cross the vineyards and hills of Bergerac in complete safety, before skirting the green Dordogne valley and its cliffs, to arrive in the valley of the Ouysse.
A few kilometres from Cadouin, we cross the village of Urval. The 14th century communal oven and the fortified church constitute an architectural ensemble not to be missed.
At the gates of Belvès, in the valley, stands the bell tower of Capelou, an important place of pilgrimage. Then, as soon as you arrive in Belvès, you can admire the archbishop's tower, which is one of the seven bell towers that characterize the town. Before leaving the city, do not forget to contemplate the Bontemps hotel, the castle, the Auditor's Tower, the belfry and the Consuls' house.
