This is a pleasant walk through some of the quiet villages on the south-eastern slopes of the Salève and across the Plateau des Bornes. Stroll through the woods up to the summit, for panoramic views on all sides.

The walk takes you through orchards at Les Molliets and a beech forest before finally revealing a magnificent panoramic view of Geneva and the Alps. Don't miss La Croisette. In the winter, it has cross-country trails, a skilift, a toboggan run etc. From here there is also a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. In the meadows, admire the granite boulders deposited here by the glaciers of Mont Blanc.

A micro resort that's a real suntrap, a friendly little village, inns that are typical of the region and breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva.Perfect for the whole family to bring the kids and get away from the fogs down on the plains. There are 2 slopes for cross-country skiing and you can also ski! (1 slope for beginners). Snowshoeing.
A calm restaurant, with grandiose views, where a traditional homemade cuisine awaits you, prepared using local products: cold meats, cheese, soups...

Take to the heights to explore cross-country ski routes and snowshoe trails with stunning views of the Genevois and Mont Blanc. You can buy ski packages and hire equipment at the reception desk.A volunteer team will welcome you to the Salève cross-country ski centre. They try to offer the best facilities (signage - tracking - equipment hire - staffing the centre) for your activity whether for sport or relaxation.
After so much effort, it's time for a breather! In La Croisette, you can get your strength back in one of the bars or restaurants. You can sleep in the Gîte. Not far from the "Happy Path" at the Faverge Rocks, there are geological and viewing tables.
