The hiking trail begins at the Ecomusée de la Truffe de Sorges, which presents the full range of knowledge on truffles and truffle-growing. This 9 km trail, most of it shaded, takes in forest edges and undergrowth, and passes close to numerous wild truffle beds, as well as recent plantations of micorized trees. This specificity of the area has made the village of Sorges famous as the truffle capital of France. This is an easy, low-level hike, bike ride or horseback ride. It allows you to discover the local rural heritage. Ancient wells, two close to the Enchose pond in the hamlet to the north of the commune, and a pendulum well in the hamlet of Pouzalimont complete the heritage aspect of this walk.
