This hike takes you along the river to the medieval town of Lescar, where you can admire the Pyrenees from the balcony of the ramparts and visit the 12th-century cathedral.
Follow the Lescourre and Ousse de Bois rivers to Lac des Carolins, where you can enjoy the cool waters and picnic tables. You may be lucky enough to spot frogs and even water turtles.
