The farm, typically Landaise, is located in Mont de Marsan. Strawberries are grown in greenhouses under tunnels and caterpillars. Strawberries direct from the grower. Strawberries are very fragile and need to be picked by hand, directly into trays so as not to suffer from handling. Growing strawberries close to home saves on transport costs.
