This circuit traces the occupation of man through different eras: discover an oppidum of the Iron Age but also a site of the Templar and hospitable period as well as the transformation of some marshes into farmland.

Our beautiful landscapes of the Creuse during a bike ride! The small roads you will take will allow you to appreciate our countryside, our meadows and our buildings. A stop at Cressat, by the water and the straw hut to recharge your batteries, and you're off in the direction of Vigeville, where the footbridge over the Etang des Monts will draw you irresistibly to the island. Go back down to Jarnages, take the time to discover its market and its shops around the main square and do not hesitate to use the "benches to sit".

Follow the murmur of the water... it will guide you from wash house to wash house to horse trough, from fountains to fisheries and will make you relive the customs of yesteryear. And if you don't lose the thread, you will reach, for sure, the Paradise coast.
