The village of Queyrac offers a diversity of landscapes forest, vineyard, meadow and marsh thanks to its location between ocean and estuary. It is through these itineraries that you will be able to discover the varied flora and fauna that surrounds this small, dynamic commune. Its church of recent construction, at the end of the 19th century, replaced a Romanesque building dating from the 12th century which was demolished and whose stones were used in part to rebuild the one we see today, under the direction of the architect Bonnore, begun in 1896, it was inaugurated in April 1901. Its characteristic silhouette dominates the surrounding vineyards where the noble grape varieties of the Médoc ripen. Nature discovery hike. The "Variante de l'Hôpital", a historic section of the Soulac route, follows the route taken by the pilgrims of yesteryear in the Nord Médoc. Almost 1,000 years ago, thousands of pilgrims from northern Europe landed at Soulac-sur-Mer on their way to Compostela, Rome or Jerusalem. After their devotions at Sainte-Véronique, they would head for the Hôpital de la Grayanès, where the Hospitallers of Saint-Jean-de-Jérusalem had founded a major commandery (the Order's 4th in France). The chapel of Saint-Jean-Baptiste de L'Hôpital is the last witness to this.

A modern, ecological and bright building, set in a peaceful green setting on the edge of the pine forest, the Grange du Patrimoine de Vendays-Montalivet offers 350 m² of permanent exhibition space and 100 m² of temporary exhibition space. The central theme of this unique museographic space is 100,000 years of Médoc history. For the first time, the entire archaeological, historical, natural and cultural heritage of the Médoc is presented and expressed in a modern, state-of-the-art exhibition space. The highlight of this magnificent achievement is a large-screen computer-generated animation showing the evolution of the Médoc.

Situated in the village of l'Hôpital, on the "historical variant" of the Way of St. James between Soulac-sur-Mer and Vendays-Montalivet, the Hospital Chapel, whose foundations date from the 12th century, has been undergoing a certain revival in recent years, mainly due to the association of Friends of the Chapel of St. John the Baptist of the Hospital. This association offers to regularly open the chapel to visits, participate in its preservation and restoration, and organise cultural events (conferences, concerts, exhibitions). Visitors appreciate the freshness and charm of the place. The clarity, simplicity and beauty of the furniture and ornaments are particularly emphasized.

Located in the heart of the village, the origin of its construction would go back to the 6th century. It was first a simple chapel dedicated to the cult of Saint Vivien, bishop of Saintes. Threatened with destruction on several occasions, notably during barbarian invasions and religious wars, it was restored and embellished in the 12th century, a period during which its remarkable Romanesque style apse was built and still remains today. In 1957, the church was given a new bell tower. Its somewhat surprising architectural style is still an inexhaustible topic of conversation for visitors and inhabitants of the village.
