Villeconin Castle and Park

Description

Villeconin Castle was built in the late 14th century by Jean de Montaigu, superintendent of Kings Charles VI finances.
The castle, typical of the medieval era with its keep, its round tower and its guards room, is surrounded by moats at the edge of the parc. The guided tour by the owner family ends with a walk in the park where everyone is invited to walk freely. The garden is composed of boxwood clusters and a wooded area. The flowerbeds alternate with perennial flowering staggered, rosebushes and fuchsia.
