Owner-grower Florence PELLETIER, opens the doors to her cellars for a free wine tasting session. And try out her grape
speciality products.

A native of Haute-Marne in the Champagne region, Florence opted to install her exploitation at Coiffy le Haut after a
training course in Beaune studying oenology and viticulture.

Free Coiffy-le-Haut (IGP) wine-tasting session.

Wine tuition and beginner’s oenology course – (by appointment - Minimum 12 people - €20 per person).

‘La Cuisine aux Vins de Fleurs’ (Cooking with wine from flowers) workshop (from 3 to 6 people).
