Straddling three geological regions, the Viroin-Hermeton Natural Park offers diverse natural environments: Fagne schisteuse, Calestienne and Ardenne with characteristic landscapes. Currently extending over 48.000 hectares, this park has chalk grasslands, rocky outcrops, rare and protected orchids, leafy forests, etc. The Fondry des Chiens is singular with its huge 20-metre deep chasm. The Roche à Lomme gives you a magnificent view over the Viroin region. And the Roche Trouée (holey rock) has innumerable caves and caverns. These sites are ideal for walking and relaxation.
