This detached and recently built house is situated on a tree studded land and at 1km of Aix en Othe, 35km from Troyes and 35km from Sens, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe.On the ground floor there is: a kitchen, a dining/living room, one bedroom suitable for mobility challenged persons (one single bed), a shower room and a toilet. On the first floo: four bedrooms (2x2 single beds and 2x3 single beds), a shower room and a toilet. The heating is included in the price. This gîte is equiped to host groups and there is the possibility of hiring the gîte "Ardillier" (17 people).
