SCEA Château Tour Blanc
Description
In Parleboscq, in the foothills of the Landes forest, Château Tour Blanc, a very old wine estate, is run under ECOCERT and Biodynamic certified organic farming. Sandra and Philip produce a range of organic and natural wines and organic lamb
The flock of ewes and lambs graze in the vineyards during the winter and provide natural fertilizer while weeding
The organic lamb is raised under the mother and fed with grass only.
You will find it for sale in the form of half lamb (about 10 kg) or whole lamb, cut up and vacuum-packed. Sandra also proposes you her canned lamb with white wine.
