Musée du pays d'albe - the house of the heads
Description
Formerly the town hall and cantonal court, this elegant 18th century municipal building, superbly restored in 1998, owes its current name to the admirable sculptures that adorn its façade. Since 1995, it has housed the seven rooms of the Historical Museum of the Alba Region and the Maginot Aquatic Line. A true house of heritage, it allows you to discover the military, religious, industrial and craft heritage of Sarralbe and the surrounding area. It is also the only museum of the aquatic Maginot Line.
