We are 10 minutes walk from the town hall, 25 minutes from Place Ducale and 5 minutes by bike from the Voie Verte.
We are close to a bus line which leads to the city center in 10 minutes.
The street is residential and very quiet. It is possible to park in front of the house. At the rear the houses overlook a set of green gardens.
