Porte Margot

Description

Dated from the 15th Century, Margot gate is the most famous monument of the old city of Corrèze. Its name may come from the queen Margot, first wife of Henri IV and daughter of Catherine de Médecis. In the center, the statue of Saint-Martial, the patron of the city, welcomes the visitors.
