Owners' holiday home upstairs. The gîte comprises a living room/kitchen, a sitting room, a shower room, a toilet and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140) (2 single beds 90). Private enclosed outdoor area of 100 m² with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Enclosed communal parking (including bike rack) and entrance. 2 km from the centre of Notre-Dame-de-Monts, 7 km from the ferry to Île d'Yeu, 8 km from Île de Noirmoutier, 5 km from the Daviaud ecomuseum... cycle routes. Everything you need for a rejuvenating holiday!
