A specialist in traditional Italian cuisine since 1987, the Chef draws his inspiration from authentic recipes from southern Italy and Sicily, where his origins lie.
He will make you discover his various specialities with authentic Italian flavours, such as red hearts stuffed with mozzarella di Bufala, tagliatelle with scallops, gnocchi stuffed with gorgonzola, veal osso bucco, but also a diverse and varied range of pizzas cooked over a wood fire. You will also be able to taste the traditional dishes of Italian cuisine: lasagne, veal saltimbocca à la romaine, pastasciutta della nona, schnitzel milanese, grilled meats.
