Puy d'Yssandon viewing table

The Puy d'Yssandon offers a remarkable panorama embracing the Brive basin, the Monédières, the Monts d'Auvergne, the Causses and Plateaux Périgourdin, locatable trays thanks to the viewing table. The plateau at the summit of the mound offers multiple viewpoints, we also perceive the vestiges of the ancient feudal surrounding wall. The bottom of hillsides is planted by walnuts whereas the abrupt parts are colonized by downy oaks and pines; on the south and east hillside , the forest is less imperious, it leaves big spaces for the meadows, vineyard, plum trees and walnuts.
