Lyonnaise and Normand, we assume a true "Cuisine de Grand-Mère et de Terroir". L'Auberge du Lac offers you a simple cuisine, in the noble sense of the word, alternating recipes from all regions, without forgetting the products of the South-West and the Tarn.

At the Auberge du Lac, there is no "extended menu" or fixed menu!
You compose your own menu from our Formules à " L'Ardoise du Jour ", with constantly renewed and deliberately limited proposals.
Our way of working guarantees you :

- the rediscovered taste of traditional recipes made in our kitchens,
- the "home-made" quality and the care taken in selecting the products.
In summer and winter, Florence and Thierry welcome you for lunch in their inn with a view of the lake (35 seats in the dining room and 25 on the terrace).
The inn offers "home-made" dishes using products from the South West and traditional recipes from all over France.
Evenings are exclusively reserved for group meals, with a menu agreed in advance."
