GÎTE DE GROUPE "PARC ET FORÊT" - CHÂTEAU DE BOURNEAU

As its name suggests, Le Parc overlooks the grounds of Château de Bourneau and its flower-filled meadow. These were the property's former stables, and the building has retained some of these architectural features.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom.
Its private, unoverlooked swimming pool lets you take full advantage of the mild Vendée climate.
The large dining room opens directly onto the garden with its swimming pool, shaded terrace, barbecue and table tennis.
The large kitchen also opens directly onto the garden, ideal for outdoor meals. The lounge has a TV area and a fireplace for relaxing.
This gîte can accommodate six adults and two children in the bedroom under the roof.

La Forêt originally housed the château's bread oven and has retained its character with its exposed beams and open fireplace.
The main house sleeps six people in three bedrooms, and the annexe in the garden sleeps a further four. The house and annexe are joined around the garden and its private swimming pool.
The ground floor of the main house houses the living areas, with a dining area, TV lounge and large open fireplace. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, has direct access to the garden, ideal for outdoor meals.
Upstairs, two twin bedrooms share a bathroom and a large double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom.
The ground-floor annex has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, which share a bathroom. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden.
