GÎTE DE GROUPE "VILLA ET MANOIR" - CHÂTEAU DE BOURNEAU

Set in the sixteen-hectare estate of Château de Bourneau, La Villa is perfect for large gatherings of friends or family.
The impressive size of the dining room and its open-plan kitchen overlooking the swimming pool make it the ideal place to share moments of conviviality.
The bedrooms (two with double beds and four with two single beds) are grouped together in the other wing of the house, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.
The garden is very well protected from the neighbours, so you can enjoy this space in complete privacy, whether you're relaxing by the pool or having a meal outside on the barbecue.

Le Manoir is a very spacious gîte forming part of the outbuildings of Château de Bourneau.
Its generous size makes it impressive, and it is ideal for groups of up to 12 adults (plus a small child).
Its garden, private pool and games room are perfect for large gatherings of family and friends. Enjoy afternoons by your private pool or dine al fresco under the wisteria.
On the ground floor, you'll find the large living room, dining room, TV area and kitchen with direct access to the garden, perfect for preparing meals outside. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom offers privacy and easy access for guests.
Upstairs, you'll find five further bedrooms with three bathrooms. The master suite also has a child's bed.
The enclosed, unoverlooked garden features a private swimming pool (7x3.5 m) equipped with an alarm and a table tennis table, providing plenty of space for family and friends. Outside, the private garden with its well is the perfect setting for relaxing afternoons by the pool.

These two gîtes are only open in summer, as they are not heated.
