Detached house dating from the 60s, renovated in 2021 and fitted out for 4 people with private jacuzzi for ideal family time. On the same level, you will find a living room/kitchen, a storeroom, a lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160) (2 twin beds 90), a shower room and a WC. Outside, there is a private enclosed area with a terrace of around 20m² (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). The gîte is located right next to the owners' campsite. Authorised access to campsite facilities: heated swimming pool (6.8x12.8m, open from 1/04 to 1/11), children's play area, games room, entertainment (in summer). Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Single or double bed linen hire: €10/stay; Bathroom linen hire: €5/stay.
Additional charges: Heating on individual meter reading (deduction of 8kWh per day for current consumption), tourist tax.
