Cédric Delsault is a man who likes to smile at life. This is why he is a self-proclaimed 'creator of happiness'. He translates this into a culinary setting that has been seducing people with its creativity for several years. We are welcomed on the opulent floor of an imposing mansion. The number of tables is limited to a maximum of three or four, with a host who is at work, alternately as cook, sommelier and maître d'hôtel. The chef works under the eyes of the customers, giving preference to local products. Even the water from St Denis, which comes from the Mehaigne springs!
