From the viewpoint above the cave, you can admire the meander of the Semois, known in Walloon as le Fayet. On the left, west of the Côte Lambot, the small valley separating us from the village of Auby is carved by the stream Derrière le Pez, also known as the Ruisseau du Loup, after a legend. On the right, the rocky ridge on the left bank of the Semois is occupied by a Celtic camp known as the Trinchis. In the clearing above the cave, at the beginning of the path leading to it, a wooden shelter has been built for hikers. Every year, on the last Saturday of August, a solemn mass in honour of the saint is celebrated here accompanied by hunting horns. You can get there on foot via the wa ndeling BX08 Grotte St Remacle with departure in Cugnon.
