Gourmet restaurant in front of Béthune’s railway station “Au Départ”, with the chef Jean-François Buche, elected “young talent”  in the “Gault & Millau” in 2007, cultivates the tableware with elegance ...   This restaurant, completely renovated, greets you in a warm and contemporary setting. It is opened all week except on Monday and Sunday evenings. Come and enjoy a seasonal, inventive and modern gourmet cuisine.
