the buron is the place where cantal used to be made in the mountains... my grandfather and father made cheese in this buron.in 1991, my mom had the idea of selling local farm produce and serving snacks.30 years ago this year, I started working here, and I'm very proud of it. We promote local artisanal products in a magical setting.
