LAVOIR DE WOINVILLE CIRCUIT EXPO 14-18
Description
A washhouse that is part of the remarkable heritage linked to water. It now hosts a commemorative exhibition.
After having been restored and made accessible, the washhouse of the village of Woinville hosts a beautiful exhibition showing the presence of the Germans in the town during the First World War and the lives of the inhabitants during the First World War.
For hikers, a hiking trail of about 9 km leads to the discovery of 5 war sites. This discovery tour is available under: "What to do" "Itineraries and hikes" "Expo Circuit 14-18".
The texts are translated into German, English and Dutch.
