History, culture and heritage

A chapel dedicated to Saint Antoine abbé, also known as Saint Antoine du désert, was discovered south of Breil near the ramparts by Horace Cottalorda.
This chapel is still in good condition. On the side wall along the road to Libre is a small hole with the words "offrandes" above it. The word is written in French.
Next to it is an iron cross dated 1899 on an 1823 stone base. Nothing can be read on the white marble plaque.
